We said out loud that we want 10 design partners. Not 10,000 signups. Not a beta flooded with people who churn out in a week. Ten businesses we work with closely enough to get the product right before anyone else sees it. Here is where we actually stand on getting there, no spin.

Why 10, not 10,000

It would be easy to chase a bigger number. A waitlist with thousands of names on it looks good in a screenshot. But AdMagic is trying to solve a specific, technical problem: connecting ad spend to true net profit, and scoring creatives before you spend on them. That kind of product does not get better by adding more names to a list. It gets better by working closely with a small group of DTC and e-commerce operators who will tell us when the Context Engine gets a margin calculation wrong, or when a recommendation from the AI CFO agent does not match what they would actually do with their budget.

Ten design partners is a number we can actually sit with. We are in active MVP development right now, and our target is to have the MVP complete with our first paying design partners around January 2027.

What “in progress” actually means

We want to be straight about where we are. AdMagic does not have live paying customers yet. There is no public beta today. What exists right now is the work: building out the Context Engine so it ties every click and every dollar of ad spend to real contribution margin instead of just ROAS, and building TRIBE v2, our neuro-creative scoring system trained on fMRI and EEG data from 750 participants, so a creative can be scored before it ever spends a dollar. On top of both of those sits an AI CFO and CMO layer that proposes recommendations with a reason and an audit trail attached, and a human approves before anything executes. It does not act on its own, by design.

None of that is finished. All of it is real work happening now, not a pitch deck.

Where the confidence comes from

We are not guessing at what founders and marketers need from a blind spot. Before AdMagic, our founders managed more than $4M in ad spend and generated more than $2.1M in client revenue running an agency. That is where the core thesis came from: watching accounts that looked great on a ROAS dashboard and were quietly losing money underneath, and realizing the industry did not have a good way to catch that in time. AdMagic is the tool we wished we had back then.

Where you fit right now

If you are running paid social for a DTC brand, managing a testing budget with a CAC target, or trying to prove profit impact to clients as an agency, the waitlist is where this starts. It is not a commitment to anything. It is how we find the 10 businesses who will shape what AdMagic becomes before it goes wide, and it is how we track toward our goal of 50 waitlist signups by September 24. We are not there yet, and we would rather tell you that plainly than pad the number.

If that sounds like your business, this is a good time to be early rather than to wait for a finished product with no say in how it works.

Join the AdMagic waitlist and be part of the first 10.
